Dr. Daniel Fassero brings a combination of clinical expertise, surgical skill, and compassion to his patients at Central Vision Eyecare. He strives to exceed expectations as a physician and surgeon by thoroughly evaluating and treating every patient in a friendly and relaxing environment.

Dr. Tera L. Unzicker-Fassero

Optometrist

Dr. Unzicker-Fassero graduated in May 2001 from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, OR. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nebraska - Kearney. She is a member of the American Optometry Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association. She has experience in both medical and retail optometry and worked at the VA Hospital in Lebanon, PA for 3 years.

Optometrist

Dr. Williams joined the team at Central Vision Eyecare in 2025. A native of Liberty, Pennsylvania, she is a graduate of North-Penn Liberty High School. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, with a minor in Mathematics, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania before completing her Doctor of Optometry through the Pennsylvania College of Optometry’s Accelerated Scholars Program at Drexel University.

Optometrist

Dr. Lupolt graduated with highest honors from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 2020 and completed an Advanced Studies Certificate program in Anterior Segment.

Jennifer A. Hoffmaster

Jennifer earned her Masters of Medical Science from Salus University and her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Lebanon Valley College. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants. 

Joshua A. Bower
Joshua A. Bower

Joshua earned a Master of Health Science from Nova Southeastern University (2012), a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant from Pennsylvania College of Technology (2012), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lycoming College (1999). He entered clinical practice in ophthalmology in 2012. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of both the American Academy of Physician Associates and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Associates.
