Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Daniel Fassero brings a combination of clinical expertise, surgical skill, and compassion to his patients at Central Vision Eyecare. He strives to exceed expectations as a physician and surgeon by thoroughly evaluating and treating every patient in a friendly and relaxing environment.

After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska, Dr. Fassero earned his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine, followed by ophthalmology training at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Dr. Fassero is currently in his twenty-fifth year of practice as an ophthalmologist. His practice encompasses cataract refractive surgery, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease and comprehensive ocular health. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.

Dr. Fassero looks forward to meeting you and developing a long-term clinical relationship that addresses your visual needs and complete ocular health.

Dr. Williams joined the team at Central Vision Eyecare in 2025. A native of Liberty, Pennsylvania, she is a graduate of North-Penn Liberty High School. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, with a minor in Mathematics, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania before completing her Doctor of Optometry through the Pennsylvania College of Optometry’s Accelerated Scholars Program at Drexel University. 

Dr. Williams is dedicated to providing exceptional eye care to patients of all ages. In addition to comprehensive vision care, her clinical interests include dry eye disease, myopia management, pediatric eye care, and low vision evaluations. She is also an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association. 

Outside of the office, Dr. Williams enjoys reading, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family. She is proud to serve the community she calls home and is excited to be part of the Central Vision Eyecare team. 

Dr. Lupolt graduated with highest honors from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 2020 and completed an Advanced Studies Certificate program in Anterior Segment. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Biology from Gettysburg College and graduated from Selinsgrove High School. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association. He has special clinical interests in the diagnosis and management of ocular disease as well as the fitting of specialty and soft contact lenses.

Dr. Lupolt enjoys spending time with his wife, Meagan, two children Lincoln and London, and dog Thor.
 

Jennifer earned her Masters of Medical Science from Salus University and her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Lebanon Valley College. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants. 

Jennifer lives in Mifflinburg with her husband and four children. Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her family.

 

Joshua earned a Master of Health Science from Nova Southeastern University (2012), a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant from Pennsylvania College of Technology (2012), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lycoming College (1999). He entered clinical practice in ophthalmology in 2012. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of both the American Academy of Physician Associates and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Associates.
 
As a PA, Joshua has practiced clinically in the field of ophthalmology and worked in academia at the collegiate level. Prior to joining the Central Vision Eye Care team in January 2025, Joshua spent the previous six years serving as Director of the Pennsylvania College of Technology Physician Assistant Program, where he provided leadership and oversaw all aspects of the masters-level PA training program.  
 
Joshua is a native of Williamsport, where he and his wife, Kristy, have raised their five sons. Outside of the clinic, Joshua enjoys spending time with family and working on a seemingly endless list of home improvement projects.
